Covid-19 has had a significant impact globally on individuals, businesses and organisations alike. Constructionarium Ltd is no exception. We closed in March 2020 inline with government guidance.
Since then, guidance has changed and as more information, understanding and knowledge been made available, we have learnt about the virus and its effects. Constructionarium has been carefully following advice from the government, NHS, CITB and the Construction Leadership Council.
We have carried out risk assessments, reviewing them periodically as changes become available and feel that we are able to reopen and operate accordingly for our current and new customers, whilst continuing to provide the highest Health and Safety standards.
So what are the changes? Simple but effective.
The Induction will be delivered in three parts:
- Part One – Online Induction, completed BEFORE you attend
- Part Two – Site and Zone Induction, when you arrive on your first day
- Part Three – Project Specific Induction, in your team(s) when you arrive.
Project Teams will be encouraged to arrive already in a “bubble”, ideally making use of any University or organisational Covid-19 testing facilities they have the week before the event. Teams will be allocated accommodation as per their bubble along with dedicated zones, equipment, tools and workspaces to operate from. Social distancing is expected to be applied by all; along with the wearing face coverings and washing/sanitising hands on a regular basis. One-way systems have been put in place across the Constructionarium site and the other campus buildings/facilities you will use.
We continually monitor the number of cases in North Norfolk using the government’s checker. This is updated regularly with the number of positive recorded cases. Enter our postcode PE316RH to find our site.
